There's "snow" place like Tarpon Avenue! | Events

Tarpon Springs, Florida -- Christmas -- and snow! -- will come early this Friday along Tarpon Avenue.

The City of Tarpon Springs, the chamber of commerce and local merchants are sponsoring a holiday event from 4 - 9 p.m. featuring falling snow, real reindeer, hayrides, activities for children and holiday shopping.

The event culminates with the annual illuminated boat parade from the Sponge Docks to Spring Bayou, with Santa arriving at the bayou at approximately 8:30 p.m.
